  • All Rights Reserved: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the tool—including but not limited to the software code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, and logos—are and will remain the exclusive property of Ocean Data Science Labs (ODSL).
  • No Transfer of Ownership: Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights to any part of the tool or its underlying technology.
  • Proprietary Protection: You acknowledge that the service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Limited User License

  • Grant of License: ODSL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the tool solely for its intended purpose.
  • Restrictions: You strictly agree not to:
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the tool.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Sublicense, sell, or rent access to the tool to third parties.

4. Account Security

When you provide your Name and Email Address to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ODSL will communicate with you regarding account security or service changes via the email address provided.

5. Termination

ODSL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at our sole discretion if these terms are violated. Upon account deletion, your rights to use the tool cease immediately, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy retention standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

The tool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ocean Data Science Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
